Access: FREE SHUTTLE BUS from Shinrin park station on the Tobu Tojo Line from Ikebukuro. Timetable below. The ride takes approximately 7 minutes. By car; The park is 10 minutes from the Kan’etsu Expressway Higashimatsuyama exit heading towards Kumagaya.
