Anitamasai, Saitama’s largest anime and manga event, is on 14th of October 2019 in Sonic City, Omiya, Saitama City.
They have events on the main stage as well as three other halls. The main stage events are mainly live performances including some music and dance. The opening is at 10 am and the last performance goes on stage at 4.50 pm. Outside they will have anime cars and paraphernalia.
The event used to have an english webpage, but they have removed it (August 2019) and replaced it with a one page (2 paragraph) summary of what Anitamasai is. On that page they divulge that the aim of the festival is to create an image of Saitama being an Anime hub.
