Hiki Children's Festival

Hiki is a district in Saitama that incorporates the rural towns of Hatoyama, Kawajima, Namegawa, Ogawa, Ranzan, Tokigawa and Yoshimi.  The town of Tokigawa started hosting a children’s festival that has grown in leaps and bounds since its inaugural celebration seven years ago. The event is organised and run by the Junior Chamber International Hiki, with most of the towns in the Hiki district helping or participating in the festival in some way.
