Iruma taiko session at ALIT
September 8 @ 09:15 - 16:00Free
Iruma taiko session at ALIT.
On Sunday the 8th of September there is a small taiko festival at ALIT – the Arts & Archives, Library, Information and Tea museum of Japan.
The performances aren’t limited to taiko, but it is the main attraction of the day. They will have taiko related crafts, workshops and stamp rallies for kids.
Access Iruma taiko at ALIT
ALIT is located close to both Mitsui Outlet and Costco in Iruma. The nearest exit on the Ken-o expressway is the Iruma exit.
The nearest train station is Iruma station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. It is quite far from the station so you need to get a bus bound for “Nippongi” 二本木 from bus stop number two. It takes about 20 minutes.

The event information was accurate to up-to-date to the best of my knowledge at the time of posting. Please always check on the official website for any last minute changes or cancellations, especially if there has been a typhoon, earthquake or other natural disaster.
