Festival gives attendees to witness the unique style and the proud celebration of Okinawa’s revered tradition.
The Kasukabe Eisa festival is a two day event celebrated annually in early June. This year the dates are Saturday June 2nd and Sunday June 3rd. On June 2nd the festival will take place from 11 am to 5.30 pm. Sunday June 3rd the festival hours are 10 am to 5 pm. On both days the festival is carried out at Kasukabe’s “Fureai Cube”.
On both days they will have eisa
performances as well as other dance and music performances including Yosakoi
. There is a children’s eisa
performance too. During the two day festival you can purchase Okinawan food and drink. There will also be a visit from the Okinawan tourist board’s mascot.
