Kawagoe Water Park Summer Pools | KAWAGOE

Kawagoe summer pools – Kawagoe Suijo Kouen, or Kawagoe Water or Aquatic Park, is one of the bigger summer pools in Saitama. Like all the other seasonal pools, it only opens for 7 weeks over the summer holidays.
The Kawagoe Aqua park pools will be open full time from July 20th to September 1st every day from 9 am. It will have a “pre-opening” on Saturday July 13th to and including Monday July 15th.
July 13th to 15th and August 17th to September 1st from 9 am to 5 pm.
July 20th to August 16th from 9 am to 6 pm.
Kawagoe summer pools events
During the time the pool is open there are some events and classes on. Those that have already been scheduled include:
July 14th : taiko performance from 11 to 11.40 am
July 20th to 22nd : Snorkeling classes (book in advance)
July 26th to 28th: Snorkeling classes (pre-booking is recommended)
July 23rd to 25th : Scuba Diving classes
August 7th : Aqua dance
August 21st : Aqua dance
Kawagoe summer pools cost:
￥720 yen for adults, ￥210 yen for children of school going age, children under 7 are free. Family ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids is 1650 yen. Parking costs ￥820 for the day. No tattoos allowed.
Access: by bus from the West exit of JR Kawagoe Station, bound for Kawagoe Suijo Koen.
