Omiya East Summer Festival | SAITAMA CITY

Omiya East Festival

Never fear if you missed the Omiya West exit Omiya festival, the Omiya East side also throw an annual festival as part of the Omiya Summer Festivals. It is the 23rd occurrence of the annual festival!

Omiya East Saitama Summer Festivals

It will be held in the afternoons and evenings of the first Friday and Saturday of August. This year that is Friday the 2nd of August and Saturday the 3rd of August, between 4 and 9 pm. If there is heavy rain it is likely to be cancelled. Please check the official website for any last minute changes.

Unlike the one on the west, the Omiya east festival doesn’t have a kid’s festival unfortunately, but it does have kids dance and attractions for young children. As well as other performances on the main stage.

Omiya East Festival Access

It is held in East Omiya’s central park, just a five minute walk from Omiya station.
