Railway Festival at Aeon Mall | KASUKABE

For three days from Friday April 12th until Sunday April 14th you can enjoy a large railway festival and pop-up play area in Kasukabe. Karamatsu train and Aeon Mall Kasukabe present this limited and exclusive play area.
There are several attractions within the pop-up play area. There will even be a mini steam locomotive on site. That costs 300 yen for one ride. There is a Thomas the Tank Engine bouncing castle planned for the festival too. It will cost 300 yen for just five minutes play time.
Most of the attractions cost money, but children can play with plarail for free between 10 am and 6 pm over the three days of the railway festival. You can see the full line up on the official event page. There will also be railway staff and experts there to address any railway related questions you or your kids have, free of charge.
Aeon Mall Kasukabe Access
You can get a bus from the east exit of Kasukabe station on the Tobu Skytree line. It takes about twenty minutes and costs 200 yen for an adult and 100 yen for a child. By car, Aeon Kasukabe is close to the Kasukabe Noda and Kasukabe Koga bypasses.
