Udon Summit Kumagaya 2019 will be held on Saturday November 16th and Sunday November 17th from 10 am to 4 pm.

The udon summit is a travelling udon extravaganza that started in Shiga in 2011. In 2018, for the first time, Kumagaya udon won the grand prix. Kumagaya has a long and rich history with udon. Kumagaya is one of the leading producers of wheat in Japan and a pioneer in wheat production, Aizo Gondo was born in Kumagaya about 170 years ago.
