Sayama ski resort
Just 40 minutes from Tokyo you can enjoy indoor skiing and snowboarding.
The Sayama Ski Resort, a Prince Snow Resort and part of the Seibu Group, will open the 2018/2019 season at the end of October. They have confirmed the slopes will be open on October 26th. Usually they open the resort from the last weekend of October on weekends only and then open full time from mid November.
It is an artificial snow resort, best suited to beginners and intermediate level skiers and snowboarders. They don’t have any special play attractions for children. They usually offer a discount to people with 雪 or 神 in their name for the pre-opening event in October.
Hours: Hours: 10 am to 6 pm on the first weekend. Once it opens full time the facility is generally open from 10 am to 9 pm on weekdays and open from 10 am to 9 pm and then again from 10 pm until 6 am for night skiing on weekends.

Access: 3 minute walk from Seibu Ikebukuro Line’s Seibu Kyujomae station.
10 KM from Iruma Interchange on the Ken-O expressway following route 463 on to route 55. Parking is charged.
