On the 31st of March 2018 a new trampoline playland AIRJOY opened in Kawagoe in Saitama. Bringing the number of indoor trampoline playlands in Saitama to six (that I know of). There are also other play centers that have trampolines available, but only six that are exclusively or largely trampoline centered play areas.
The other trampoline dedicated play areas in Saitama are:
- Trampoland in Niiza
- Jum Power Trampoline in Koshigaya
- Get Air Japan in Warabi
- Garden Trampoline in Kawaguchi
All of the above are relatively new. The oldest that I am aware of has been around for quite some time. We first visited when my eldest was still a toddler, around 6 years ago. It is a little different than the four previously mentioned locations in that it is only one part trampolining. There is also skateboarding and slackline:
- Xtech Saitama in Okegawa
Trampoline Airjoy Kawagoe
Airjoy is the latest addition and it seems to be enjoying good business. Like the others it is comprised of a number of large jumping pads. Airjoy have a number of activities within the trampoline play areas as well as a free space. The activities include slackline, dunk shoot, “monster box” (pictured above), dodgeball, a “spike challenge”, a spinning jump challenge and an exercise area. Airjoy also host events some weekdays. Last week they celebrated Halloween.
Airjoy’s official address is Kawagoe, but it is right on the border of Fujimino. The area around it is quite industrial with not a lot of other attractions in the immediate vicinity. Some relatively close attractions by car are below the map.

Each weekday they have a special. On Mondays a couple can receive 60 minutes for 1200 yen each. On Tuesdays there is a discount for a parent and child. On Thursdays they offer a group of larger than 3 people a discount. And Friday is ladies day.
You can buy a monthly pass at a discount.
You can get a bus from close to Kamifukuoka station on the Tobu Tojo Line. The bus stop is on the east side, about a 3 minute walk from the station on route 56. There are photos on the airjoy website depicting the route here. The bus is 「＜古０１＞南古谷駅（上福岡駅入口）上赤坂行」. It is very infrequent, only one to two an hour. Alight at 「八丁下車」 and Air-joy is a 3 minute walk from the bus station.
By car the location is convenient for those coming on the Kanetsu highway in the direction of Tokyo as you can use a smart interchange exit at the Miyoshi Parking area. If you are coming from Tokyo however, you need to get off at Tokorozawa Interchange which is further away. There is a dedicated car park a little bit away from the building.
