Cocoon City Halloween Cocoon City have had a Halloween Parade for the last few years, but this year is the first time they are making a weekend of it! Cocoon City Halloween Parades

The parade times this year are at 10.30 am, 12 noon, 1.30 pm and 3 pm each day. The parade last about 30 minutes. They have staff dressed up in a variety of costumes to walk with the children from Cocoon 1 first floor Cocoon Plaza. Children must be in fancy dress / Halloween costumes and say “Trick or Treat” to recieve a free candy.

They will distribute participation tickets from the 1st floor Cocoon Plaza in Cocoon 1 from 10 am each morning. Buggies / strollers not permitted.

They also have a Halloween Stamp rally with participating stores within Cocoon City.

Also in Saitama that weekend is Saitama’s largest Halloween parade in Omiya. You will find even more Halloween events on the main event calendar too.

This is a reoccuring event on Saitama With Kids. It first appeared on the main blog and was moved to the events section in 2016.
