Happy Halloween Kitamoto Higashichuo Street in 2019

Halloween Kawagoe and halloween events saitama and Halloween seibuen

Halloween Kitamoto – On Sunday the 27th of October 2019 from 10 am to 2 pm there is Trick-or-Treat, Halloween Photo Spots, Costume Competition and booths with food and hands on experiences in the Kitamoto Higashichuo Shopping district.

The costume contest is in the afternoon from 1 pm. You can apply in advance to participate on the official Kitamoto City web page for this Halloween event. They have prizes for the top three entries.

There is also a stamp rally where the first 300 participants to complete a stamp rally will receive a sweet present. That starts from 10 am and finishes when they have no sweets left!

This is a free event, but they are collecting pet bottle tops if you have any to bring along. They will use the bottle tops for a giant piece of art work.
