Halloween Kitamoto – In a usual year; Trick-or-Treat, Halloween Photo Spots, Costume Competition and booths with food and hands on experiences in the Kitamoto Higashichuo Shopping district.
However, the event did not go ahead in 2021. And as of September 29th 2022, it does not seem to be scheduled for 2022 either. There is a Halloween event in Kitamoto though – here.
The costume contest is usually in the afternoon from 1 pm. You can apply in advance to participate on the official Kitamoto City web page for this Halloween event. They have prizes for the top three entries.
There is also a stamp rally where the first 300 participants to complete a stamp rally will receive a sweet present. That starts from 10 am and finishes when they have no sweets left!
This is a free event, but they are collecting pet bottle tops if you have any to bring along. They will use the bottle tops for a giant piece of art work.
