Inaho Terrace is on the grounds of the Saitama Central Japan Agriculture (JA) Higashimatsuyama South Branch, a farmer’s market among the rice fields. Its quite a nice farmer’s market with a range of fruit, vegetable, local and fresh produce such as eggs. On one day annually they hold an agricultural festival on the grounds.
Higashimatsuyama Agriculture Festival
The 41st annual Higashimatsuyama Agriculture Festival is on Saturday November 18th from 9.30 am to 2 pm. They will sell mainly fruit and vegetables at the festival, but you can also get milk! This branch of JA has featured on the TV for its milk in the past. At the festival, they will have a giant inflated Anpanman bouncy castle on the day, which there is no charge to use. They will also have an agriculture machinery photo spot. In addition, there will be a taiko performance on the day. There will also be a quiz rally and a lottery.

Access
There are six different parking lots for this event, including one at Inaho Terrace. But the one at Inaho Terrace is restricted (on the day of the festival) to pregnant mothers, people with young children and people with lowered mobility. The largest parking lot is at the Nomoto Citizen Activity Center, which is about a ten to fifteen minute walk away. But there is a free shuttle bus between the parking lots and the venue. The closest station is Takasaka station on the Tobu Tojo line, which is about a 30 minute walk away.
