Cocoon City Pantastic
Dozens of bakeries, patisseries and cafes from all over Saitama and Kanto participate in this annual bread fair. Moreover, more than just bread, you can also peruse and / or purchase sweets, condiments for bread and even bread fashion at the Pantastic Store. Each day there are about twenty stalls. Some of the stores are there daily, some only participate on one day – keeping things fresh!

⚠Participation Ticket⚠
Due to the popularity of this event, they manage crowds by using a ticket system. There is no cover charge to enter the bread fair area, but you do need to secure a participation ticket in advance. They are distributed from in front of Ito Yokado from 9 am to 8.30 pm. No ticket, no entry. On a busy day, they will allocate you a time that you can enter Pantastic. If you miss your time period, you will have to get another ticket. If it is not busy, once you get your ticket you can enter the fair area. However, there may also be times that they stop distributing tickets early, if they have reached maximum capacity on a given day.

Cocoon City Information
The Cocoon City is made up of Cocoon 1, Cocoon 2, Cocoon 3 and the park side building. Each building has a variety of shops, services and restaurants in them. Also, there are walk ways and plazas between each building as well as car parking lots. Pantastic is held in Cocoon 2, pictured above.

Access
Cocoon 2 is about a two minute walk from JR Saitama Shintoshin Station and about a ten minute walk from JR Kitayono Station. There is parking at Cocoon city, but it can get very congested. Cocoon City is open from 10 am to 9 pm, but the cinema opens longer and the parking reflects that. It is open 9.00 am to 1.00 am. It costs 200 yen for 30 minutes. But if you have a Cocoon card or if you spend more than a 1000 yen in one shop you get one hour free parking. If you use the cinema you get 3 hours free parking.
