Each time he will be around for about 30 minutes. It is not yet known what type of meet and greet it will be. And of course, on account of the Coronavirus there is a chance that this event may have to be changed / cancelled. Please keep an eye on the official English web portal for updates.
LaQua is located in Tokyo Dome City. It is the area closest to the stations on the North end, which are Oedo and Mita line’s Kasuga station and Marunouchi and Nambaku line’s Korakuen station. You can also access LaQua from the Chuo / Sobu line and Mita Line’s Suidobashi station.
There is parking available at Tokyo Dome City too, in Times Car parking lots. There is a Tokyo Dome Times car park, a LaQua Times car park and a Mini port Times car park all within walking distance of LaQua.
Parking charges start from 400 yen for 30 minutes. If you spend more than 1000 yen in Tokyo Dome City’s shops or restaurants you can get your parking ticket validated for one free hour of parking. For purchases of more than 3000 yen you can get two hours free. If you play in Asobono, the roller skate arena or buy a passport for attractions, you can get four hours parking for 1000 yen.
LaQua is just one of dozens of locations that celebrate Christmas and where you can visit Santa Claus in the Tokyo area in a usual year. However, in 2020 many places have cancelled their Santy visit. At the moment (November 22nd 2020), LaQua and Hamley’s in Yokohama are the only two places with a confirmed Santa Claus in 2020.
