Tobu Super Pool is one of the many offerings of what is officially called the Tobu Hybrid Park, but most commonly referred to as Tobu Zoo park. The pools are officially located in Shiraoka City, but as the vast majority of the Tobu Zoo park is in Miyashiro City they use the latter as their address. This post is updated annually in early June ~ the 2026 information below:
Tobu Super Pools 2026
The pools at Tobu Super Pool normally open longer than the average outdoor aqua park and are usually the first to open each year. However, this year Seibuen is opening the first! Because Tobu Super Pools are actually opening late this year. They will not open until Saturday July 18th this year. However, for the first time ever, they are opening until the last Sunday in September. But in the month of September they only open on weekends and public holidays.
In 2024, for the first time in five years you could buy tickets at the gate and it will be the same this year, 2026. That is, tickets for the same day, they don’t sell tickets in advance at the gate. You can still buy tickets in advance online too, sometimes it’s cheaper. Eexcept for the “after three” ticket. The “after three” ticket was also reintroduced in 2024 for the first time in five years. But in 2026 it will actually be an “after two” ticket. It allows you enter the pool at a reduced price after 2 pm.
Night Pool
The pools open until 8 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between July 18th and August 31st. In the month of September the pools will open until 8 pm from September 19th to 23rd only.

The Tobu Super Pool has lots of fun features, but it is surprisingly quite small. The children’s pool is particularly large though and very entertaining for kids. There is a current pool, a wave pool and four water slides.
10th most popular in all of Japan
In 2022, Walker Plus Magazine have awarded the Tobu Super Pool tenth place on their annual Walker Pool Awards List. The most popular on that list is also in Saitama Prefecture. You can see where here!

Editors note: In both 2020 and 2021 Tobu was one of only a handful of pools that opened for business. However, between 2020 and 2023 you had to buy a ticket in advance. That is, it was impossible to just turn up and buy a ticket at the door.
