Kawagoe Housing Gallery have a pop up Tomica Plarail play area during Golden Week 2019. It is on between 11 am and 5 pm on public holiday Monday the 29th of April.
You need to fill out a small registration form on the day at a dedicated reception tent to participate in this free event. You will get a participation ticket in exchange.
