Looking for a free autumn festival packed with entertainment, food, and activities for all ages? The Hatogaya Autumn Festival 2026, officially known as the Hatogaya Commerce & Industry Festival (鳩ヶ谷商工まつり2026), will take place on October 17th and 18th at Numata Park in Kawaguchi City. Organised by the local business community, this popular two-day event brings together food stalls, shopping, live entertainment, family activities, prize giveaways, as well as community performances. With attractions scheduled throughout the weekend, it promises to be one of the highlights of the autumn event calendar in the Hatogaya area.
Held at Numata Park, the festival site is only about a 10-minute walk from Hatogaya Station on the Saitama Rapid Railway Line, making it an easy day out for visitors travelling from across Saitama and Tokyo.

Visitors can browse food and merchandise stalls from local vendors while enjoying a packed programme on the festival’s outdoor stage. They will have a special “90th Anniversary Commemorative Lottery” from 4:00 pm on both festival days, with a total of 90 prizes available across the weekend.
Families with young children will find plenty to enjoy. The Chibikko Plaza area will feature inflatable play equipment and games, while younger visitors can take part in special prize lotteries. Free balloon giveaways are also planned on both festival days. Sports fans looking to try something new can join a beginner-friendly Kabaddi experience on Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, visitors arriving early may have the chance to take advantage of special rice giveaways and limited-quantity promotional gifts.
The main stage programme includes a variety of local performances, with music and entertainment continuing throughout the weekend. For example, Sunday’s highlights include the Music and Feature Festival, contest events, and a special concert by Daisuke Kudo celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut.
