Kamitoda Dream Festival is scheduled for the first time in four years. The venue is the same as two other popular events – the Toda Furusato Festival and the Toda market – but Kamitoda Dream Festival offers something different to both of them. Including a popular mini steam locomotive ride.
Kamitoda Dream Festival
The Kamitoda Dream Festival is a family friendly festival with plenty of fun to be had! The line up includes several live performances on an open-air stage. In addition, they have a petting zoo and the aforementioned mini steam locomotives, that kids keep coming back for! They also have balloon art and other activities for kids. Moreover, there are stalls at the festival, where you can pick up (among other things) delicious food and drinks. The festival is held in front of the city hall and at the nearby Ushiroya Park, where there is illumination in winter.

Access
The park is about a ten minute walk from Toda Station which is on the Saikyo Line. The city hall is a short walk from the park.
