The second ever Taiwan Culture Festival will take place in Chichibu this March. There is a change of location this year – the first was held in Yokoze, but this time it will be held in Chichibu, at the Seibu Chichibu Station Square. The Taiwan Culture Festival is an event that disseminates the charm of both Taiwan and the Chichibu region . Businesses invited from Taiwan and businesses in the Chichibu area will set up stalls to enjoy Taiwanese gourmet food and cultural experiences.

The second Taiwan Culture Festival is on Saturday March 7th and Sunday March 8th 2026, from 10 am to 4 pm. At the festival, you can try Taiwanese food and experiences. There will also be local Chichibu food. In addition, there are stage performances from 11am to about 2.30 pm each day. There are 37 vendors plus an additional eight food trucks on Saturday and eleven food trucks on Sunday. Moreover, there will also be experience booths also. For people who come by car, there is a dedicated, free parking lot at Minami Elementary School.
