Congratulations to Konosu City on achieving a new world record yesterday at the Konosu Fireworks. And I was there to see it. What a spectacular day it was, starting with a spine tingling Blue Impulse show and culminating with dozens of large Shakudama released in a three-minute time frame, securing the Guinness title for the most shell fireworks launched in such a short window. They have officially announced their latest Guinness World Record, but have not yet released the number of how many shells they managed to launch. They have said they will release the figure in the coming days. There was also a drone show in between Blue Impulse and the approximate 100-minute firework show. Making it a day and night to remember.
